Pan Seared Sea Scallops (my kids called this circle fish when they were small!)

Warm skillet. Add grape seed oil and and a very small amount of butter or olive oil. Add scallops to pan, sear for a just a couple of minutes each side until golden brown and caramelized. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and cracked pepper. Garnish with your favorite green (here micro beets and parsley). Eat! #notrecipe #notconest #scallops #glutenfree #dinner #lunch #healthy
