Favorite Salad with organic mesclun, beets (asst), radish (purple), micro kale, goat feta, toasted pumpkin seeds and avocado topped with a tahini lemon vinaigrette. .
Choose colorful and crunchy organic vegetables. Slice very thin (mandolins great!) toss with your favorite assortment of greens. Add cheese and nut/seed of choice. Arrange avocado. For the dressing 2/3 tahini, 1/3 warm water, fresh lemon juice to taste, salt and pepper- whisk together adjusting water to desired consistency.
