Great way to use up stuff in the fridge. Also transports well for lunch! Sautée onions, garlic, and ground turkey. Add some chopped apples and sun dried tomatoes. Deglaze the pan with balsamic vinegar and throw in fresh basil at the end. Stuff into acorn squash rubbed with olive oil that has been baked in a 400 degree oven roughly 30 minutes depending on the size.
