Veggie Ramen by #JamieOliver

1 teaspoon hot chili sauce
2 limes
3/4 oz shelled walnuts
1 tablespoon white miso paste
10 oz mixed green veggies
5 oz brown rice noodles
Sesame oil
2 large eggs

Boil 4 cups water, add a pinch of salt. Crush the walnuts until fine and mix in the miso paste.

Trim the stalks off the green beans and other vegetables you want to add. Place all in boiling water until soft, but haven't lost their color. Add the sesame oil in a nonstick pan and fry the eggs. Add the noodles to the boiling water and vegetables and cook according to package instructions.

Divide the vegetables and noodles into bowls, add the broth and place the fried egg on top!
