Brussels Sprout Tacos

Roast Brussels sprouts with oil, salt, pepper, chile powder, and whatever else you have on hand. Toast corn tortillas directly on burner to give a slight char. Top with cheese, avocado, pickled onions, creme fraiche, Brussels sprouts, and sriracha.
