A riff on Thai pomelo salad that’s well within reach for weeknight dinner: segments of grapefruit, wedges of radish and cherry tomato, chunked avocado, some scallion, cilantro, and (lots of) mint. Handful of bean sprouts, if you have ‘em. Dressed like Peter Meehan dresses his grapefruit-squid salad: 2T fish sauce, 1T each sugar and sambal, juice of half a lime, and a minced garlic clove. Serve with sticky rice and lime. 30 minutes start to finish. Totally addictive. #notcontest
