Cinnamaca PB2 Protein Pancakes… Mix dries: 1/2 c oats, 2 scoops unflavored protein powder, 4 tbsp PB2, 1 tbsp xylitol, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1 tsp maca, 1 tsp cinnamon, pinch salt, pinch espresso powder… Mix wets: whisk 1 egg, add 6-8 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk, splash vanilla extract, couple drops almond extract… Add wets to dries, stir, let sit until bubbly… cook & serve! #protein #pancake #pb2 #cinnamon #oats
