Walnut & Parsley Pesto on Fresh Pasta
Toast walnuts in 350 oven for 5-7 mins
Chop one bunch parsley
Mince 2-3 cloves garlic
Once walnuts are done pulse in food processor until fine but not a paste
Mix walnuts with olive oil, chopped parsley, a cup of grated Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper & chili flake
Add to cooked pasta. Douse with reserved pasta water to make a bit of a sauce.
Top with more cheese. Eat up!
