Green garlic pesto chicken with Parmesan potatoes and asparagus
Roast chicken and potatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper. While they're in the oven trim asparagus and toss in oil, salt and pepper. Throw the asparagus on the same sheet for the last 10 min of roasting. Meanwhile, make a green garlic pesto. Spoon over chicken, too with pea tendrils and sprinkle some Parmesan on the potatoes #notcontest
