My super simple go to for dinner is my lemon basil sheet pan chicken! Season the chicken breast with garlic powder, onion powder and cracked black pepper. Slice fresh lemons and stuff the split breast with fresh basil and lemon slices. Squeeze a little lemon juice over the breast and top with lemon slices and chopped basil. Drizzle a little olive oil on top of the breast and bake on 350. I finish my chicken off under the boiler to crisp the skin and make sure to let them rest before serving!
