What we're dreaming of for lunch today: An empty-out-the-fridge salad of spouted and cooked mung beans, pinto beans, roasted broccoli, sliced cabbage, random greens, feta, and three-day old bread toasted in a low oven (croutons!). Toss this all into a bowl with a yogurt-dill dressing: whisk a lemon's worth of juice into a 1/2 cup of plain yogurt, then stream in olive oil until you like the way it tastes. Season with salt and pepper, stir in dill. #notsaddesklunch
