Zoodles with roasted tomato,burrata and shaved parmigiana or romano. Zoodles, olive oil, garlic, oven roasted tomato, room temp or warmed burrata, shaved parm or Romano cheese. So simple make the zoodles. Heat olive oil and sauté garlic add zoodles and warm in the olive oil, place in serving bowl, top with tomatoes, warm burrata, shaved cheese and drizzle the oil/tomato liquid on top. Be sure to season each layer with salt and pepper.
