Tomato basil "cream" spaghetti
The sauce consists of cashews, one tomato, and a tablespoon of tomato paste blended together!
In a pan, heat about two/three tablespoons of olive oil over medium high heat, then add 3 cloves of sliced garlic until their golden. Cook for 5 minutes while adding water occasionally to make the sauce thinner.
Once your pasta is done cooking, add it straight to the pan, then add your chopped basil and enjoy!
