King oyster mushrooms!

Cut into 1/4 inch thick medallions. Thicker if you want a heartier slice. Sauté in skillet over medium/medium high heat with coconut oil and garlic powder, salt, black pepper until golden brown on both sides. Can add scallions to sauté too.

Has texture of a tender scallop!!! Garlic powder makes a nice crust for mushrooms. Love this mushroom over all others.

Can be eaten as a main course with rice or in addition to other stir fry items.
