Peach Surprise Tart - so much simpler than it looks and perfect for when you have a glut of peaches. Simply make your pastry (or buy some, no judgment here), roll it out into a fluted tin, loose bottomed is easiest. Blind bake the pastry. Cover the pastry in a layer of Nutella or similar, then slice your peaches and arrange in a spiral. Scatter with brown sugar to help caramelise and bake in the oven. Impressive look, easy to make!
