Chia Pudding:
3 Tablespoons chia seeds
1 Cup almond milk

• Mix and refrigerate overnight

Yogurt Bark:
Half a cup of low fat Greek yogurt
Honey to sweeten to your taste
Desired toppings (I used pistachios, toasted coconut shavings and toasted almond flakes)

• Spread the yogurt on a parchment lined tray in a moderately thin layer.
• Scatter on desired toppings
• Freeze for atleast 4-6hrs

And there's your chia bowl! You can decorate it with whatever fruit or toppings you fancy. Full of wonderful ingredients to give you oodles of energy in the morning! Enjoy :)
