Sautéed Brussels & Mushroom Tuna Salad
3/4 cup of chopped Brussel Sprouts
1/3 cup of sliced mushrooms
Chopped onions (to your desire)
Add a dash of salt and pepper for flavor
Serve on top, around or mix in with tuna.
Sauté the Brussel Sprout, Mushrooms and Onion in Olive Oil or Grape Seed Oil.
