Fry your bread in a pan with a bit of fat until golden brown. Meanwhile peel and slice the avocado and radishes. Once the bread is golden brown on both sides, top with avocado slices, tuck in the radishes, and top with herb oil and a bit of marinaded tomato juice. Slice some radishes on the side with a bit of compound butter and maldon.
