For those of you following along with my sourdough journey: Very pleased with my results this time around. An overnight rise... Into the fridge while I was at work, and then shaped and left to rise for another 3 hours. This loaf is actually MASSIVE (about six inches tall!), but not quite as crusty-- I think due to the super intense air bubbles inside! Having the best time experimenting. Hoping to invest in some proofing baskets soon.
