Cook parsnips in boiling water for 5 minutes. Add sea salt. Drain then cut the snips up set aside.
Melt butter on Med - add garlic salt and pepper and cook for a minute or two.
Add mushrooms to the butter and cook for 5 minutes covered. Add parsnips to the mushrooms and butter and cook for another 5 minutes or until brown.
Boil peas and corn for 10 minutes
Boil water and sauce for 5 minutes and add the meatballs. Cook covered for 5-10 minutes. I used ajvar a Balkan tomato sauce.
Cover the parsnips and mushrooms in Italian seasoning and parsley.
Place on a dish and enjoy
