Green Smoothie!
1 handful of kale
1 handful baby spinach
Half of an avocado
Half of a green apple
Half a banana
Half a cup of almond milk
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
•Blend your almond milk, kale and spinach in the blender
•Add the rest of your ingredients and blend till smooth
•Fill up in your mason jar, add coconut and chia seeds
•Enjoy your nutrient packed smoothie!
