Veg roast, dip, sofa. Chop all your veg into chunks. Drizzle oil in a big roasting pan along with crushed smoked garlic and sprigs of thyme, and heat in the oven. Chuck your veg in once the oil is hot along with salt and pepper, and a sprinkle of garlic granules. Roast for an hour, spoon onto aesthetically pleasing board. Pour the leftover oil, thyme and garlic into a bowl of Greek yoghurt. Gorge.
