Chili lime toasted chickpeas ~ mix 2 tsp smoked paprika, 2 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp cayenne, 1/2 tsp granulated sugar, 1/2 tsp salt in bowl. Put. 2 c cooked and dried chickpeas in a pan layered with oil and toast for 5 mins, transfer to paper towel then toss in with spice mixture. Top with lime zest. Eat right away as snack or use in a salad.
