Grill the chicken.
Cut onion, sweet potato and jalapeño into slices. Pour into crockpot. Once chicken is grilled just a little bit. Put into crock pot. Then heat up a pan with oil and add garlic slices. Add red curry paste, coconut milk and a little cumin. Mix and then pour into crock pot. Add half a cup of wine also. Mix and leave on high for 2 hours.
