Perfect and very healthy way to start the day: #Avocado and #Spinach with #PoachedEggs on #Sourdough
Bring some water with some malt vinegar in it to the boil. Swirl the water around until you have a whirlpool in the middle, into which you should add the egg. Mash up some avocado and spread it on the toast. Lay down some spinach leaves and put the eggs on top once they have been cooking for a few minutes. Crack some sea salt and black pepper on top, and have some halved cherry tomatoes on the side.
Plenty of #Protein and three portions of fruit or veg.
