Why #pizza on the Big Green Egg is amazing!
Pizza dough (I bought this from Surfas- a culinary store by me). Get the #biggreenegg at about 600 degrees. Grill the dough for a few minutes. Flip. Then spread with mascarpone and red sauce. Add some mozzarella. Brush the edge with olive oil. Top with red onions, peppers, sausage, salami, olives. BBQ for about 7 minutes. Top with basil. Enjoy!
