Cumin Scented Salmon with Black Bean Stew: Sauté chopped yellow onions then add chopped poblano peppers, one can of black beans, one can of chopped tomatoes, tablespoon of cumin, tablespoon of ground coriander seeds, and salt & pepper to taste. Cook for 10 minutes. In a separate nonstick pan cook salmon filets that have been coated in a mixture of cumin and ground coriander seeds and sear each side for 3 to 4 minutes.
