Traditional argentinian Beef empanada, made with hand-cut beef, onion, scallions, red bell pepper and olives.
On the top: Spinach, Bechamel & Mozzarella empanadas.

Beef: cut the beef into small pieces. Salteè the veggies in a pan with olive oil. Add some cumin, salt & pepper. Add the beef and mix everything. At last, mix chopped olives. Let it cool. Put 2 tablespoons for each empanadas and bake them.

Spinach: Saltee chopped onions in olive oil, add chopped spinach. In the same pan, add milk, butter and flour. Mix everything to make a great bechamel sauce. Put this mix on empanada dough. It's easier in a muffin pan. Put some mozzarella on top and bake them.
