Preheat oven & pizza stone to 500 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Plop rolled out pizza dough onto hot stone. Drizzle dough with olive oil and spread lots of leftover meatball sauce. Add shredded mozzarella (way more than you think), raw chard, and another drizzle of olive oil. Bake for 12 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle a handful of grated mozzarella, grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, and red pepper flakes! #f52contest
