One-pot #pasta primavera. Combine a bunch of vegetables you have left in the fridge with half a sleeve of #linguine. Add four cups chosen cooking broth (I added a chicken bullion cube for flavor) and whatever spices you like. Bring to a boil. Once the pot is at a boil toss with tongs until vegetables and pasta are cooked. If you like, add a splash of cream and Parmesan cheese as it cools. Serve hot. Love this recipe as it can be adjusted to be #vegan or not.
