Ginger mango grilled pork, sugar snap peas and garlic-leek bread pudding. Marinated the tenderloin overnight in a reduction of onions, sugar, red wine, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, cinnamon and black pepper. Reserved some sauce and added fresh mango to that. Heated to boil then simmered until thickened while pork on grill. For the bread pudding, cubed a loaf of challah and soaked in melted butter, then toasted. Added to that mix of eggs, creme fraiche, sautéed garlic and leeks. Sprinkled generously with finely shredded Gouda and Havarti. Chilled it for 2 days before baking for 90 minutes. #notarecipe #dinnerathome
