Whizz a good chunk of Parmesan cheese in the food processor, add a handful of roasted walnuts, about 5 stalks of chopped green garlic, a pinch of salt, a few cracks of pepper, and a lot of super fresh olive oil. Blend thoroughly and adjust seasoning!
We put it on crackers, roasted potatoes, grilled steak. Would also be amazing on pasta, grilled bread, stirred into soup, served with a fried egg and toast...?
