A quinoa breakfast bowl to power us through Friday. Cook quinoa as you please (here, in chicken stock with 4! smashed garlic cloves), add all the green things you can find in your fridge (scallions, parsley, steamed green beans), top with a olive oil fried egg, half an avocado, more olive oil and as much red wine vinegar as you dare.
