steak indulgence for dinner last week! Got ourselves a beautiful Margaret River wagyu rump steak done sous vide for 55•C 2 hrs++ then seasoned and seared in my hot wok. Used the leftover jus to make a sauce and some whole grain mustard to give a contrast!
