Black Radishes with Caramelized Onions and Black Truffle Oil
Brown onions until deep golden and caramelized. Remove from pan.
Wash and quarter black radishes. Cook in skillet cut side downs until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Add to oven at 425 and roast until tender. Remove from oven and add caramelized onions and drizzle with truffle oil. Add freshly chopped chives salt and crumbled sharp cheddar.
