Leftover phyllo apple turnovers. 1/4 to 1/2 package dough. Brush 4 sheets with butter. Peel, dice and cook 2 apples with butter, cinnamon, (easy on the) sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch. Add filling to corner of dough and fold up like a flag. Brush tops with MORE butter and bake 15 min. Makes about 6.
