buckwheat crackers. Preheat oven to 350 and prep 2 baking sheets with parchment or silicon mat. Mix 1 cup wheat flour (I used all white whole wheat, but any mix works), 1/2 cup buckwheat flour, 1/2 tsp salt with a whisk. Add 5 TBSP EVOO and mix with fork until crumbly. Add 4-5 TBSP water a little at a time and mix with your hands until you can form the dough into a ball. Roll out dough, cut as desired, bake 15-20 min.
