Collard melt! Think classic Italian for this one. Steamed chopped collard greens mixed with sundried tomatoes, roasted garlic, lemon zest+juice, chile flakes, fennel fronds, s&p, fresh grated parm and an egg to bind it all together. Heap onto slabs of sourdough bread, top with a little more parm, and bake at 400 for 15 minutes until golden brown....
