Endlessly customizable and kid-friendly! Sauce is Garlic, EVOO, cherry tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, pinch of sugar, EVOO, salt, fresh pepper, fresh grated parmigiana and pasta water. Cook pasta until VERY al dente (5 min-ish) reserve 1-2 cups water and finish in the sauce. Flavor is out of this world and so much better than anything from a jar.
If the kids aren't eating I add basil, and red pepper flakes. Sometimes I'll throw in whatever veg I have lying around. Delicious!
