Honey Garlic Sauce
Steam Basmati rice . In a pan sauté ginger , garlic and add basil till crisp.
Add coconut milk , peanut butter ,basil and honey garlic sauce and whisk until incorporated and thickened. Squeeze in half a lemon to the sauce at the very end and remove from heat. Plate rice and pour sauce over. Thinly chop fresh basil and sprinkle on top for garnish.
