Sauté cooked rice in a little butter and add almonds, cumin, salt and pepper. Top with avocado and chopped fresh chile. Add a side of heirloom tomatoes and sprinkle all with fresh coriander. Top it off with a fried egg and bam! Fuel for the day ???
