Zucchini flower flatbread
Dough: 150g of spelt flour, dash of salt, dash of a king powder, form a soft elastic dough with enough olive oil and water. Roll out onto pizza pan.
Toppings: no pesto so I made my own. 1 clove of mashed garlic, 1 tbsp of sunflower seeds, turned into meal with a coffee bean grinder, full basil leaves, zucchini blossoms, goat cheese, olive oil, salt, pepper.
Bake 20-30 minutes (until flatbread is brown and cheese is melted) at 200 degree.
I recommend chilli oil on top. ?
