Breakfast, mid-scarf. Braved the outside world this morning to pick up some asiago cheese bagels. Came home, fried up some lardons and set them aside. Poured off all but a bit of the bacon fat, then fried eggs in the same pan (over easy for my husband, whites for me). Threw some Tillamook cheddar on top halfway through and folded the eggs over like a fried egg/omelet love child. Assembled and then enjoyed the decadent mess that followed.
