Oxtail broth: oxtails, sliced onions, star anise, ginger, stick of cinnamon, salt, cover with water.
Pressure cook for fifty minutes.
Strain, cool, skim fat ( easier nest day) freeze in portions.
Eat as is or with noodles, splash of shery, lime, herbs.
