Comfort food. Stir fry veggies with burnt garlic rice.
Base : garlic + ginger + green chilli + shallots + green garlic
Veggies : carrots + baby corn + button mushrooms + broccoli
Sauce : Soya sauce + green chilli sauce + red chilli sauce + chilli vinegar + salt
Stir fry veggies: Heat up some oil in a wok or in non-stick Pan. Chop carrots and baby corn in lengthwise. Chop button mushrooms and broccoli.
First, sauté the base ingredients. It will flavour the oil. Then add hard veggies first and gradually add the rest. Then add sauce. Cook about 4-5 min. Garnish with chopped green garlic.
