Comfort food with store cupboard ingredients. Cut a medium potato into even cubes and par boil in salted water. Fry an onion and garlic in vegetable oil at a gentle heat until the onions are translucent. Drain the potatoes and add them to the frying onions. Add a tablespoon of whole grain mustard, splash in some Worcestershire sauce then chop a tin of decent quality corned beef into cubes and add as well. Throw in a handful of frozen peas and stir. Move the frying pan under a hot grill until crispy bits form. Fry an egg however you like it and top your corned beef hash with it. Wallop
