The antithesis of fried chicken: Leftover purple rice from Asian takeout topped with avocado and a poached egg, over a bed of wilted kale, steamed carrots, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, and remnants of mushroom cooked basil style. Everything's dressed with fresh lemon, olive oil, pink Himalayan sea salt and pepper.

The egg was poached in the tinted water resultant of blanched cabbage, which turned it green. It claims it's "just a phase", but in its core, it wonders if it could be a forever thing.
