Low fat buffalo chicken dip with homemade pita chips
To make dip: Preheat oven to 350F. Mix 2 ounces of fat free cream cheese, a tablespoon of fat free ranch, 2 tablespoons of Frank's red hot, and .75 ounces of cooked chicken breast, and cayenne pepper into a mini baking tin. Cover the top with 28 grams of fat free shredded mozzarella. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until dip is bubbling.
To make pita chips: Cut a Joseph's lavash pita into whatever sized chips you prefer. Place cut pita bread onto a baking tin or aluminum foil. Give each side of the pita a spray of olive oil and season with sea salt and pepper. Bake in oven for 7 minutes on each side.
