Clean Out the Pantry, Ep. 4: Barley Tart (based on a recipe for Savory Farro Tart from "Gourmet," Oct. 2005). I used barley in place of Farro, and I added some leftover Canadian bacon. I only used 15 oz of ricotta (as opposed to the 30 oz that the original recipe called for).
