Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C.
Grease loaf pan.
Whisk flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and spices in a small bowl.
In a large bowl, cream together the coconut oil and sugars. Add pumpkin purée and mix. Add eggs one at a time until combined. Add dry ingredients plus 1/4 cup water and stir until just combined.
Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour. Top should be a lovely brown and a toothpick should come out clean.
